본 연구는 착한가격업소의 제도적·재정적 지원 규모가 참여 사업자의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 착한가격업소는 소상인의 자발적 참여를 기반으로 운영되지만, 충분한 지원이 이루어지고 있지 않아 사업 활성화에 어려움이 있다. 본 연구는 착한가격업소 참여 촉진 요인을 규명하고, 실효성 있는 제도 개선 방안을 마련하여 사업 활성화 전략을 제안하고자 한다.
분석 대상은 전국 기초자치단체 착한가격업소 사업주이며, 순서형 프로빗(Ordered Probit) 모형을 활용하여 만족도 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 주요 독립변수는 지방자치단체의 재정적 지원 규모와 제도적 지원유형이고, 응답자의 개인적 특성과 사회·경제적 특성을 통제하였다.
분석 결과, 재정적 지원은 사업주의 만족도를 높이는 데 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 홍보 지원사업이 다른 지원사업과 비교하여 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

This study aims to empirically analyze the impact of institutional and financial support on business owner satisfaction within the Good Price Stores program in South Korea. Although the program operates based on the voluntary participation of small business owners, its growth has been limited due to insufficient policy support. To address this challenge, the study seeks to identify the key factors that influence participation and proposes effective policy measures to enhance program performance and promote sustainable development.
The analysis focuses on business owners participating in the Good Price Stores program within Korea’s lower-level local governments. An Ordered Probit model is employed to examine the determinants of satisfaction among these participants. The key independent variables include the scale of financial support and the types of institutional support provided by local governments, while controlling for respondents’ individual and socio-economic characteristics.
The results indicate that financial support has a positive effect on business owners’ satisfaction. Among various types of institutional support, promotional support programs were found to have a particularly strong positive impact compared to other support measures.
